1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all digital services operated by 9winbox under the domain 9winbox.one.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 9winbox platform in any capacity.
• "Company" or "We" refers to 9winbox as the platform operator, operating under international licensing.
• "Account" refers to the registered account held by a user to access the platform's services.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into a user's account using supported payment methods.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, promotional offer, free funds, or incentive granted by the platform to a user subject to specific conditions.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the content. Singular references include the plural, and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.

2. Account Eligibility

Use of the 9winbox platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be fully met by every prospective user:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. This platform does not permit use by individuals below this age limit, without exception.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of a third party who does not hold a registered account.
• You are not currently listed on a self-exclusion register or any gambling protection programme that prevents you from using services of this kind.
• Use of the platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable at your place of residence. The responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws rests entirely with the user.

3. Registration and Account

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 9winbox platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any balances linked to fraudulent activity.

Users are responsible for ensuring:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. This includes full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and email address.
• Personal information is updated promptly should any changes occur.
• The account password is kept confidential and not shared with any other party.

9winbox reserves the right to carry out identity verification procedures (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Users may be required to provide documents such as a copy of their MyKad or bank statement when requested.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

9winbox supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–45 minutes after a request has been submitted and approved.
• All withdrawals must meet the bonus-related wagering requirements before being processed. Funds that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

9winbox reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals subject to pending security checks or KYC compliance. In cases involving suspicious activity or suspected fraud, the platform reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and funds until the investigation is complete.

All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the applicable exchange rate is the prevailing rate at the time the transaction is processed by the system.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

9winbox offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, in addition to the general terms stated here.

Regarding the welcome bonus:

• 9winbox offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300.
• For example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM700 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
• The 20× wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

Users suspected of exploiting bonus offers, whether individually or together with others, will face bonus cancellation and possible account closure. This includes the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting between accounts, or any strategy aimed at extracting bonus value without genuine wagering risk.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the 9winbox platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, and arcade games — have their own rules displayed within each respective game. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets.

• Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) system that has been verified and audited by an independent authority. These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed.
• Should a technical disruption occur during a game, 9winbox reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the user.
• In cases where a sports betting result is disputed, the resolution will refer to the official result recognised by the organising body of the event in question.
• 9winbox reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect information, pricing errors, or system technical faults.

7. User Conduct

9winbox users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission from 9winbox.
• Exploiting any vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another user, a 9winbox employee, or any authority.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff or other users.

Violation of any of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and in serious cases, legal action will be taken against the user in question.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 9winbox customer support. Before closure, all bonus wagering requirements must be met, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned once KYC verification is complete.

9winbox reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user breaches any of the terms in this document.
• There are indications of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity linked to the account.
• The user fails to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• The account has been inactive beyond the period set by 9winbox.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 9winbox platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 9winbox makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

9winbox will not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions, whether direct or indirect.
• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Data loss or damage caused by unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided by third parties through the platform.

In cases where 9winbox's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

9winbox reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published means you agree to those amendments.

For material amendments, 9winbox will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven days before the amendments take effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws under the jurisdiction of 9winbox's international licensing authority. Should any dispute arise between a user and 9winbox, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Users may not file class-action claims or claims in a representative capacity against 9winbox. Each claim must be filed on an individual basis.
